  1. CONSENT TO: 1no. Oak (T2) (Area TPO 606-E) - Ground works and associated root severance to install root barrier (25m in length/ 3.5m deep).
  2. 1. The permitted work shall be carried out in accordance with the Tamla Trees Tree Protection Plans for Root Barrier Installation ref: 05428P_TPP_01 and 05428P_TPP_02, including adherence to the Root Barrier/Tree Protection Methodology. Reason: To ensure the tree and site are managed in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
  3. Notes to Applicant: The granting of consent does not give the applicant or their agent a legal right to enter land without the owner’s permission. Advice regarding buried and overhead utilities should be sought with the relevant service provider prior to commencing works.
