REFUSE: 1no. Group of Oak (G2) - Prune back selected laterals to suitable growth points on Western aspect of trees to ensure the oak limbs are no closer than 3-4m from the side of the building.
Reason: The proposed pruning of 1no. Group of Oak (G2) to provide 3-4m clearance from the side of the building is considered unjustified and will be of detriment to the health and appearance of the tree. The works would thus result in an adverse impact upon the visual amenity, ecology and wildlife and screening of the surrounding area.
