Decision & conditions

Refuse Tree Consent For
T_24_97089 PL_Final Decision T_24_97089 Decision notice informative leaflet - CTR, RTR
Planning conditions
  1. REFUSE: 1no. Beech (T2)- Crown reduction by 3m to height & each side. 1no. Oak (T1) - Crown thin by 15%, shortening back of lower laterals as a repeat of previous works.
  2. Reason: The proposed crown reduction by 3m of the Beech (T2) and crown thinning by 15% of the Oak (T1) is considered unjustified and will be of detriment to the health and appearance of the trees. The works would thus result in an adverse impact upon the visual amenity, ecology and wildlife and screening of the surrounding area.
