REFUSE: 1 no. Oak (T1) Reduce in height by 2.5m. Reduce south side by up to 3m to provide clearance from house.
Reason: The proposed height and southside reductions are considered excessive and will be of detriment to the health and appearance of the tree. The works would thus result in an adverse impact upon the visual amenity, ecology and wildlife and screening of the surrounding area.
CONSENT TO: 1 no. Oak (T1) Reduce on north side by 1.5m back to old pruning points taking care to retain the original reduction reaction wood. Reduce south side by up to1.5 m to provide clearance from house.
The tree works hereby consented shall be completed within 2 years of the date of this permission and shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and to British Standard for Tree Work BS3998:2010
