Reason: The proposed work is considered excessive and will be of detriment to the health and appearance of the tree. The works would thus result in an adverse impact upon the visual amenity, ecology and wildlife and screening of the surrounding area.
CONSENT TO: 3 no. Silver Birch (T1, T2 and T4) trim lateral branches by up to 3m to a height of 4.5m above ground level. Limit cut size to 75mm diameter. 1 no. Silver Birch (T3)- trim lateral branches by up to 4m to a height of 4.5m above ground level. Limit cut size to 75mm diameter. 1 no. Oak (T6) (in area W1)- Remove low lateral branch (pointing SE) that has split. 1 no. Ash (T7) -Prune back by 3m with no cut exceeding 75mm.
The tree works hereby consented shall be completed within 2 years of the date of this permission and shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and to British Standard for Tree Work BS3998:2010
