REFUSE: G1 - mixed species Reduce line of trees by 1.5m back to fence line.
Reason: Lateral growth extends in excess of 1.5m over the boundary. The proposed reduction would negatively impact the amenity and framework of trees. The works would thus result in an adverse impact upon the visual amenity, ecology and wildlife and screening of the surrounding area.

Note to applicant: All works hereby consented should be carried out by a suitably qualified and insured tree surgeon. A copy of the decision notice should be given to the Tree Surgeon.
