The tree works hereby consented shall be completed within 2 years of the date of this permission and shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and to British Standard for Tree Work BS3998:2010
Replacement tree planting for trees 73, 74 and 38 must take place as soon as possible after the tree removal and no later than the end of the following planting season (October - April). The replacement trees shall be 2no. Pinus sylvestris and 1no. Magnolia grandiflora and be of a minimum of 10-12cm girth. Planting must be in accordance with BS:8545. Reason: To conserve the character of the locality.
For a period of no less than 10 years after planting, trees which are removed, die or become seriously damaged shall be replaced as soon as is reasonably practicable with others of the same species, size and number as originally approved. Reason: To conserve the character of the locality.
