Reason: The proposed work to T2, T3, T4 and T6 is considered unjustified. The works would thus result in an adverse impact upon the visual amenity, ecology and wildlife and screening of the surrounding area.
CONSENT TO: 1 no. silver birch (T1) - Gain a 2-metre clearance from the property and crown lift to 3 metres. Cut sizes to not exceed 50mm. 1 no. silver oak (T5) - Gain a 2-metre clearance from the property and crown lift to 3 metres. Cut sizes to not exceed 50mm. 1 no. silver birch (T6) - crown lift to 4.5m over the carriageway and 3.5m over the garden. Cut sizes to not exceed 50mm.
The tree works hereby consented shall be completed within 2 years of the date of this permission and shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and to British Standard for Tree Work BS3998:2010
