Reason: The proposed reductions are considered unjustified and will be of detriment to the health and appearance of the tree. The works would thus result in an adverse impact upon the visual amenity, ecology and wildlife and screening of the surrounding area.
CONSENT TO: 3 No. Oak (T1 & T2 & T3) Crown reduce on property side ONLY to clear property by up to 3.0m. No pruning wound not to exceed 75mm. 1 No. Oak (T4) - Crown raise TO 5m above ground level over road and footway only. No pruning wound not to exceed 75mm.
The tree works hereby consented shall be completed within 2 years of the date of this permission and shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and to British Standard for Tree Work BS3998:2010
