Reason: The proposed reduction is considered unjustified and will be of detriment to the health and appearance of the tree - please see Officer's Report for details.
CONSENT TO: 1 no. Birch (T1): Prune to provide 2.5m clearance from property retaining all overhanging branches outside this distance. Crown lift to 3m all round, including over footway.
The tree works hereby consented shall be completed within 2 years of the date of this permission and shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and to British Standard for Tree Work BS3998:2010
