- REFUSE: 1 no. Oak (T1)- Crown reduce by 2-3m.
- Reason: The proposed all over reduction is considered unjustified and will be of detriment to the health and appearance of the tree. The works would thus result in an adverse impact upon the visual amenity, ecology and wildlife and screening of the surrounding area.
- CONSENT TO: 1 no. Oak (T1) - Crown reduce by up to 2.5 m on south southeast side of canopy only to clear property by up to 3.0m. Crown raise by 1-2m to give clearance of 3.5-4.0 m above ground level. No cut to be greater than 75mm in diameter.
