- REFUSE: 1 no. oak (T1)- Crown lift to 5m by removing lowest limb which is damaged and has a split in it. 1 no. Yew (T2) - Reduce by 2m to leave the tree in a natural bell shape.
- Reason: The proposed work is considered unjustified and will be of detriment to the health and appearance of the tree. The works would thus result in an adverse impact upon the visual amenity, ecology and wildlife and screening of the surrounding area.
