Notice of Determination PN_26_100892Planning conditions
- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans referenced: JS2601 & JS26-02. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall match in type, colour and texture those used on the approved elevation drawing (JS26-02). Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual relationship between the new development and the existing.
- The development hereby permitted shall start no later than five years from the date on which the Local Planning Authority received details of the proposal Reason: To comply with the conditions of Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
