Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: 100Rev1A, 200Rev1A, 300Rev1A, 201Rev1A and 301Rev1A Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this notification. Reason: In accordance with the requirements of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
  3. The development hereby permitted shall be constructed of grey galvanised steel. Reason: To ensure that the external appearance of the development is satisfactory.
  4. In the event that the development hereby permitted becomes redundant or not required for the purpose permitted, then the development and all the associated equipment shall be removed from site within three months. Reason: In accordance with the requirements of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
  5. Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 39 of the National Planning Policy Framework (December 2024), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
