- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: location plan (ordnance survey serial no.100051661) and 001 (dated 27-03-25) Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The development hereby permitted shall start no later than three years from the date of this decision. Reason: To comply with Schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
- The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the cycle storage has been provided in accordance with the approved block plan and floor plan - as proposed and existing (drawing number:001) and thereafter retained. Reason: To provide sustainable transport options.
- The development shall not be occupied until the noise mitigation strategy (and ventilation) has been fitted at the property to the specifications set out within the approved noise assessment (by ISVR Consulting, reference: 11732-R01). Reason: To protect the residents from unacceptable levels of commercial noise.
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (December 2024), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
