PN_25_98855 PL_Final DecisionPlanning conditions
- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: 240001-A-PL-001_revP1, 240001-A-PL-005_revP1 & P3078-D-PV0001-01-JF. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- In the event that the development hereby permitted becomes redundant or not required for the purpose permitted, then the development and all the associated equipment shall be removed from site within three months. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 39 of the National Planning Policy Framework (December 2024), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Note to Applicant: Given the nature of the proposed development it is possible that a crane may be required during its construction. We would, therefore, draw the applicant’s attention to the requirement within the British Standard Code of Practice for the safe use of Cranes, for crane operators to consult the aerodrome before erecting a crane in close proximity to an aerodrome. This is explained further in Advice Note 4 – Cranes (available at https://www.aoa.org.uk/policy-campaigns/operations[1]safety/).
