- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: 002RevB, 100RevB, 150RevB, 210RevB & 260RevB. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than five years from the date of this decision. Reason: To comply with Schedule 2, Part 16 of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 2015.
- In the event that the development hereby permitted becomes redundant or not required for the purpose permitted, then the development and all the associated equipment shall be removed from site within three months. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (July 2021), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
