- The siting of the proposed development would likely cause damage to the health and long term retention of the adjacent Sweet Chestnut Tree, which is an important and attractive feature within the locality. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DM1 of the Eastleigh Borough Local Plan [2016-2036], The National Planning Policy Framework & the Council's Trees and Development Supplementary Planning Document.
- Note to Applicant: The application was refused following the assessment of the following plans: 002revA, 100revA, 150revA, 210revA and 260revA.
