Decision & conditions

Planning conditions
  1. The telecommunication equipment would form an incongruous and visually dominant feature, which would detract from the character and appearance of Coronation Parade and from Hamble Lane. The development is therefore contrary to Policies DM1 & DM9 of the Eastleigh Borough Local Plan (2016-2036) and provisions within the National Planning Policy Framework.
  2. The telecommunications equipment would narrow the shared cycle/ footpath and cause a hazard to its users. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policy DM13 of the Eastleigh Borough Local Plan (2016-2036) and to provisions within the National Planning Policy Framework.
