- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: • 002 Site Location Plan • 215 Proposed Site Plan • 265 Proposed Site Elevation Reason: To ensure the development is implemented in accordance with siting and appearance details considered and agreed, and having regard to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (England) 2015 (as amended).
- The associated ground based equipment cabinets hereby approved shall be colour treated in dark green RAL 6009 within 28 days of installation and shall thereafter be permanently retained in that condition. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy DM1 of the Eastleigh Borough Local Plan (2016-2036) and Paragraph 115 of the NPPF (2021).
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (July 2021), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
