- Subject to due compliance with the following conditions: a) The development shall only be carried out in accordance with the application and drawing numbers WRD-22-S001-Rev.P1, WRD-22-S002-Rev.P2, WRD-22-S003-Rev.P2, WRD-22-S004-Rev.P2 submitted to the Local Planning Authority on 10/02/2023 and Loc 01 Rev B submitted on 14/02/2023. b) The materials used in any exterior work (other than materials used in the construction of a conservatory) shall be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwelling house.
