- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: • Site Location Maps 100 A • Existing Site Layout 200 A • Proposed Site Layout 201 B • Existing North East Elevation 300 A • Proposed North East Elevation 301 B Reason: To ensure the development is implemented in accordance with siting and appearance details considered and agreed, and having regard to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (England) 2015 (as amended).
- In the event that the development hereby permitted becomes redundant or not required for the purpose permitted, the mast and all associated equipment must be removed from the site. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity
