- Prior Approval is refused for the adverse effect on the external appearance of the dwellinghouse and surrounding context. The proposal is therefore contrary to condition AA.2. - (3)(a)(ii) of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England)(Amendment)(No.2) Order 2020.
- Note to Applicant: The application was refused following the assessment of the following plans: 787/09/104 Rev A, 787/09/103 Rev A, 787/09/105 Rev A, 787/09/100, 787/09/102 and 787/09/101. In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (July 2021), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
