Listed Building Consent for Change of use from office (Use Class E(g)(i)) to 1no. 1-bedroom dwellinghouse (C3 Use) to include the erection of boundary fencing, landscaping, bin and cycle storage, and demolition of existing conservatory.

1. The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: 2444-02-02A, 2444-02-03A, 2444-02-11A, 2444-02-14A, 2444-02-15. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
2. The works hereby consented shall start no later than three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning [Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas] Act 1990.
3. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall match in type, colour and texture to those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual relationship between the new development and the existing.
4. Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 39 of the National Planning Policy Framework, Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
