- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: 3671-P1-VICK-801 Rev A, 3671-P1-VICK-802 Rev A, 3671-P1-VICK-803 Rev A, 3671-P1-VICK-804 Rev A, 3671-P1-VICK-805 Rev A, 3671-P1-VICK-806 Rev A, 3671-P1-VICK-807 Rev A, 3671-P1-VICK-808 Rev A. 3671-P1-VICK-809 Rev A, 3671-P1-VICK-810 Rev A & 3671-P1-VICK-811 Rev A Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The works hereby consented shall start no later than three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with Section 74 of the Planning [Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas] Act 1990.
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 39 of the National Planning Policy Framework (December 2024), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
