Decision & conditions
L_25_100587 PL_Final DecisionPlanning conditions
- The works hereby consented shall start no later than three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning [Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas] Act 1990.
- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: Location Plan, /BP/BEALE iv, /BP/BEALE vi, /BP/BEALE vii, /BP/BEALE ii, /BP/BEALE iii, /BP/BEALE v. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The materials to be used must match as closely as possible, in type, colour and texture those listed in the document titled "FIXING SURFACE MOUNTED CERAMIC PLAQUES - Method Statement" dated May 2017 and as shown on drawing number / BP / BEALE v. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual relationship of the new development to the existing.
- The works shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted Method Statement titled "Fixing Surface Mounted Ceramic Plaques" dated May 2017. Reason: To retain the architectural interest and structural integrity of the building.
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 39 of the National Planning Policy Framework (December 2024), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
