- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: LOC 01, BLOC 01 Rev A, and EL01 Rev C and EL02. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- Within 3 months of the date of this decision, a landscaping scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The landscaping shall thereafter be maintained for the lifetime of the development. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the historic environment in accordance with policy DM12 of the Eastleigh Borough Local Plan 2016-2036
- In the event that the walk-in freezer hereby permitted becomes redundant or not required for the purpose permitted, then the walk-in freezer, condenser and all the associated equipment shall be removed from site within three months. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (Sept 2023), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
