Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: E01 and LOC 01 Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  2. The works hereby consented shall start no later than three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning [Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas] Act 1990.
  3. The works to install the windows, including the materials to be used in the construction, shall accord with the details provided in the supporting letter produced by Timeless Sashes dated 13/10/2022 and the Materials Section of the application form . The spacers between the panes of glass shall match the colour of the existing window spaces on the building. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual relationship of the new development to the existing.
  4. Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (July 2021), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
