- The works hereby consented shall start no later than three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning [Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas] Act 1990.
- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: PL/01 Rev E (Proposed Garage Solar Panels). Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The Solar Panels shall be installed in accordance with the following details unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority: - Type - Black Eurener MEPV 144 half-cut 460W - Depth - 130mm Reason: In the interest of visual amenity and to preserve the setting of the Grade II listed building.
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework, Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
