- The works hereby consented shall start no later than three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning [Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas] Act 1990.
- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: • Site Location Plan P101 • Site Block Plan P102 • PROPOSED GA Plans & Elevations P103 • PROPOSED GA Window 01 Details P104 • PROPOSED GA Window 02 Details P105 • PROPOSED GA Window 03 Details P106 • EXISTING GA Plans & Elevations 09 Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- All new works and making good of the retained fabric whether internal or external shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to materials, colour texture, profile and style. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of the Listed Building or to ensure the detailing and materials maintain the architectural interest of the building.
- The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall match in type, colour and texture those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual relationship between the new development and the existing.
