- The development hereby permitted shall be retained in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan, Block Plan, As-built Site Layout Plan, As-built Side and Rear Elevations Plan, Pre-existing Side and Rear Elevations Plan, and Pre-existing and As-built Ground Floor Plans. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- Note to Applicant: Southern Water has advised that surface water should not be disposed of into the public foul sewer and should comply with the hierarchy set out in Approved Document H of the Building Regulations. Any new connection to the public sewer will require the appropriate consent from Southern Water. If a public sewer is encountered during any future works, its ownership should be established before works proceed.
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 39 of the National Planning Policy Framework (December 2024), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
