  1. The proposed extension, due to its excessive height and depth adjacent to the northern boundary, would be visually overbearing and result in an unacceptable impact in terms of loss of outlook and light to the neighbouring residents to the north. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy DM1 of the Eastleigh Borough Local Plan (2016-2036).
  2.
