  1. The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: DH-100-1st, DH-1000-1st, DH01-1001-1st, DH-102-A and DH-900-1st Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall start no later than three years from the date of this decision. Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
  3. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall match in type, colour and texture those used on the existing building and with those listed in the Materials Section of the application form. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual relationship between the new development and the existing.
  4. Note to Applicant: This property has been identified as an Ex-Council house and, as such, will be subject to a restrictive covenant, contained in the Transfer documents. Once planning permission has been approved, the applicant will need to seek consent from the Council for the approved works to go ahead, via a Letter of Consent, issued for a current fee of £260 Please get in touch with the Asset Management Team to request a Letter of Consent, emailing copies of Register and Conveyance documents for the property to: asset.management@eastleigh.gov.uk
  5.
