The development hereby permitted shall start no later than three years from the date of this decision. Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: • Site Plan: TQRQM23148092219839 • Existing Fence Elevation Plans • Proposed replacement fence elevation on boundary with St Leonard’s church graveyard Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
Note to Applicant: Please be aware that the application site falls within an area identified as having protected species. As such, materials must be stored on hardstanding or pallets off the ground the prevent hedgehogs from sheltering within them. Piles or materials, dead wood and dense vegetation should be checked for hedgehogs or great crested newts before moving. These areas should be cleared by hand, not using a digger, to allow animals time to escape. Removal of potential habitat must not take place from November through March when animals may be hibernating. No fires shall be lit on site. Site operatives must be fully briefed on what to do if they find stag beetles, protected species or great crested newts and Natural England must be contacted in the event a great crested newt is found. No open holes shall be left overnight.
Note to Applicant: Adjacent to the application site is the Cemetery relating to the Church of St Leonard’s, as such, please ensure construction work is undertaken in a sensitive and respectful manner. Please also ensure there is no damage to the cemetery or nearby headstones.
Note to Applicant: At least 3no. hedgehog holes (13x13cm minimum) must be included in the gravel boards/ baseboards of all closed board fences to allow the free passage of small mammals through the garden.
