Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: P0500 Rev 01, P0600 Rev 01, P0700, P1010 Rev 01, P1011 Rev 01, P1012 Rev 01, P1110 Rev 01, P1210 Rev 01, P1700 Rev 01, P2010, P2011, P2012, P2110, P2210 and P2700 Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  2. Note to Applicant: Biodiversity enhancements are required. The applicant is advised to plant perennial flowering plants or shrubs to ensure that there are flowers for pollinators for as long as possible during every flowering season.
  3. Note to Applicant: Evening primrose is a biennial plant, which means it only flowers in the 2nd year and then it dies. It must be replanted every year to have flowers every spring and summer. It may self-seed if conditions are good, however this is not guaranteed.
  4. Note to Applicant: A bat box to the southern elevation is an appropriate biodiversity enhancement. A built in brick/box is preferred as they do not require maintenance and cannot fall off.
  5. Note to Applicant: This decision is made in accordance with Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), which allows for the granting of planning permission for development that has been commenced and/or been completed.
  6. Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (July 2021), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
