- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: LOC 01, NR.01 Rev B and NR.02 Rev B Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The development hereby permitted shall start no later than three years from the date of this decision. Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
- The materials to be used must match as closely as possible, in type, colour and texture those listed in Materials Section of the application form and approved plan NR.02 Rev B Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual relationship of the new development to the existing.
- Note to Applicant: Southern Water requires a formal application for any new connection to the public sewer to be made by the applicant or developer. Please see the Southern Water's guidance notes on the Planning Register
- Note to Applicant: This planning permission does not convey the right for development to encroach over, under or on land which in not within your ownership, without the consent of the landowner.
