1. The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: 010 REV A, 003 Rev A, 002 Rev A, 001 Rev A, 012 Rev B, 011 Rev B and 013 Rev A, Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
2. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall match in type, colour and texture those listed in the application form. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual relationship between the new development and the existing.
3. Note to Applicant: Subsequent to any planning permission that may be forthcoming from EBC as Local Planning Authority, a secondary permission will be required from HCC (as Local Highway Authority) to actually undertake the works.
