  1. The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: • 002 Knight CR1478 A2 (received 2 February 2023) • 003-Knight LP-1478-A4 • 004-Knight SP-1478-A3 Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  2. Prior to first use of the decking hereby permitted, the additional fencing and privacy screen shall be implemented in accordance with the approved plans. These features shall then be retained for the lifetime of the development. Reason: In the interests of protecting neighbouring amenities.
  3. Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (July 2021), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
