  1. The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: 22078-PL-007 Rev B, 22078-PL-006 Rev A, 22078-PL-002 Rev A, 22078-PL-003, 22078-PL-004, 22078-PL-001 and 22078-PL-005 Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  2. Within 3 months of the date of this permission, 1.8m obscure glass panel shall be installed on the eastern side elevation of the veranda in accordance with the approved details and thereafter retained in that condition. Reason: To protect the amenity and privacy of the adjoining residential properties.
  3. Note to Applicant: This decision is made in accordance with Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), which allows for the granting of planning permission for development that has been commenced and/or been completed.
  4. Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (July 2021), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
