The timber fence and heras fence gates hereby permitted shall be for a limited period expiring on 30th September 2023. On or before this date all structures and any associated materials and equipment shall be removed from the site and the land shall be restored to its former condition in accordance with details that have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: The approved development is of a type not considered suitable for permanent retention.
The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: PL/04 Rev A Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
Note to Applicant: This decision is made in accordance with Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), which allows for the granting of planning permission for development that has been commenced and/or been completed.
Note to Applicant: The applicant is advised to submit a formal planning application for a brick boundary wall before the temporary planning permission expires (30th September 2023). The Council is unlikely to extend the temporary planning permission or support the timber fence as a permanent addition to the street scene.
Note to Applicant: It is requested that the building works are carried out considerately to minimise disruption to the occupiers of the neighbouring properties.
