The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: 324/04_ Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
The development hereby permitted shall start no later than three years from the date of this decision. Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall match in type, colour and texture those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual relationship between the new development and the existing.
Note to Applicant: Swifts' boxes should be installed with a clear drop of at least 4m below the box. You are advised to contact Hampshire Swifts at https://hampshireswifts.co.uk to determine whether there is anywhere on the proposed first floor alterations that would be suitable for an external swift nest box. If the building is not appropriate for a swift nest box you are advised to install a sparrow terrace on the house or a bird next box on a suitable tree in the garden as a biodiversity enhancement.
