  1. The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: Bloc 01, El 02, Loc 01, EL-01, and 001 Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  2. [Note to Applicant] The Applicant is advised to enhance biodiversity by creating periodic holes (measuring 13cm by 13cm) at the base of the fencing to allow movement for animals. Other biodiversity enhancements include native hedgerows planted along the fence line.
