  1. The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: 0003, 0005, 0004, 0001, 0006, 0007 and 0002 Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  2. Note to Applicant: Any permanent fencing that is erected at the property boundaries must have periodic holes (measuring 13cm by 13 cm minimum) at its base to allow the movement of animals, such as hedgehogs, to promote habitat connectivity and extended foraging ranges. If not, please ensure there are at least two holes created and left open.
  3. Note to Applicant: This decision is made in accordance with Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), which allows for the granting of planning permission for development that has been commenced and/or been completed.
  4. Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (February 2019), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
