The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: LOC 01, 002, 001A, 006A and 005A Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
The development hereby permitted shall start no later than three years from the date of this decision. Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall match in type, colour and texture those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual relationship between the new development and the existing.
Note to Applicant: It is advised that private vehicles, construction vehicles or deliveries should not access the site from Bramble Close.
Note to Applicant: Prior to the commencement of development, the developer must advise the local authority, in consultation with Southern Water, of measures which will be undertaken to protect the public sewers.
Note to Applicant: Please note that the proposed outbuilding has not formed part of the consideration of this current application, the onus would be placed on the applicant to ensure that this development would fully comply with the content of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E.
Note to Applicant: It is requested that the building works are carried out considerately to minimise disruption to the occupiers of the neighbouring properties.
