F_25_100118 PL_Final DecisionPlanning conditions
- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered/referenced: Location Plan (dated August 2025), Site Plan (dated August 2025), FFA148_100, FFA148_101. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The development hereby permitted shall start no later than three years from the date of this decision. Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
- The materials to be used shall match as closely as possible, in type, colour and texture to those listed within the materials section of the application form. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual appearance in the interests of amenity.
- The development hereby approved shall be used only as a catering unit for the sale of hot and cold food, drinks and refreshments, and for no other purposes whatsoever. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and amenity.
- The development hereby permitted shall not operate or be open to customers except between the hours of 1700-2030 (Monday to Friday), 0900-1500 (Saturdays) and 0900-1700 (Sundays). Reason: In the interests of amenity.
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 39 of the National Planning Policy Framework (December 2024), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
