- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: • TWAIF-JT-Plan ref.-05 (Location plan) • TWAIF-JT-Plan ref. -04 (Site plan) • TWAIF-JT-Plan ref. -02 (Elevations and floorplans) Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The building shall only be used for purposes falling within Use Class E(c) of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended). Reason: To ensure that the character of the countryside is not adversely impacted by a more intensive business use, in accordance with policies S5 and DM1 of the Eastleigh Borough Local Plan (2016-2036).
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (December 2023), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Note to applicant: This decision is made in accordance with Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), which allows for the granting of planning permission for development that has been commenced and/or been completed.
