F_24_97385 PL_Final DecisionPlanning conditions
- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans referenced/numbered: Location Plan (Coffee and Cake Trailer at Abbey Hall), Block Plan (Coffee and Cake Trailer at Abbey Hall). Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The use of the land for the siting of the trailer hereby permitted shall be limited to the period between the 10 April and 10 October (inclusive) each year and at no other times. Reason: To development is allowed on the particular circumstances of the case and is not considered suitable for permanent retention.
- The development hereby approved shall be used only for the sale of hot and cold drinks and cold food and at no time shall it be used for the storage, preparation, cooking and serving of hot food. Reason: In the interests of amenity.
- The use hereby permitted shall not be open to customers except between the hours of 1000 and 2200. Reason: To protect the amenity of the occupiers of nearby properties.
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework, Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
