  1. The development hereby permitted shall accord with the following plans: A-PL-001RevP01, A-PL-002RevP01, A-PL-003RevP01, A-PL-100RevP02, A-PL-101RevP02 & LS0707RevP1. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  2. Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (December 2023), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
  3. Note to Applicant: It is recommended that some biodiversity enhancements are undertaken at the site in the form of improvements to existing landscaping or provision of bird and bat boxes in suitable locations.
