- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: CJ009103 HEH HGN 13320015 DR HE 0001 S2 P 01. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The construction compound hereby permitted shall be for a limited period expiring on 31st January 2024. On or before this date: a) the compound, including all fencing, barriers, buildings, structures, hardstanding and any associated materials and equipment shall be removed from the site; b) the land shall be restored to its former use and condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority, including repairs to highway verge and kerbs as may be necessary. Reason:The development is of a type not considered suitable for permanent retention.
- Any trees which have been removed or which die within six months of the construction compound's removal shall be replaced with trees of a suitable size and species before the end of the next tree planting season following this period. Reason: To conserve the character of the area.
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (July 2021), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
