Planning conditions
  1. In the absence of sufficient information to assess the ecological condition of the site and the ecological impact of the proposed development, it is not possible to determine that the development would not have an adverse effect on protected species or priority habitats. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy DM11 of the Eastleigh Borough Local Plan (2016-2036) and the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (as amended).
  2. In the absence of sufficient drainage information, it is not possible to determine that the proposed development would incorporate appropriate drainage to manage flood risk and protect water quality. The proposal is therefore contrary to the requirements of Policy DM6 of the Eastleigh Borough Local Plan (2016-2036).
  3. Note to applicant: The applicant is advised that any further site clearance to facilitate development is not acceptable due to the potential impact on protected reptiles which may be using the site.
